Flow to Freedom

Flow to Freedom is a vibrant community yoga experience inspired by the spirit of the Year of the Horse—a symbol of movement, strength, and forward momentum. Guided by Helena of Flowing Grounds Yoga, this all-levels class blends mindful vinyasa flow, intentional breath, and gentle reflection to help you release what’s holding you back and reconnect with freedom and possibility.

The experience includes a Spirit Animal Reading to offer insight and inspiration, followed by a light, relaxed social hour to connect with community. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come as you are and move in a way that feels supportive, empowering, and free.

Hosted at EleVis Wellness Collective, located at the corner of Randolph and Desplaines in Chicago’s West Loop.
