Flow of Attraction: Intimate Couple's Yoga Class

Flow of Attraction is a gentle, heart-centered couples yoga class designed to help partners reconnect physically, emotionally, and energetically. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and intentional partner poses, couples are guided to soften into presence, deepen trust, and awaken the natural magnetism that exists between them.

This class emphasizes attunement over performance, inviting you to listen to your own body while remaining aware of your partner’s energy, boundaries, and needs. You’ll explore practices that support eye contact, synchronized breath, and conscious touch, creating space for vulnerability, playfulness, and deeper emotional intimacy.

We wil begin with grounding breathwork to connect deeper to our partner, then lead into an intimate partner yoga session, and close with a sound bath meditation to open our hearts to love. Each couple will receive a glass of champagne and conversation cards upon arrival.

You’ll leave feeling more connected, grounded, and aligned—carrying the resonance of shared presence beyond the mat and into your relationship.
