Join us for a special Qigong workshop inspired by the Chinese Spring Festival on Sunday, February 9th at 1pm in Chinatown.
In celebration with the Chinese New Year, we are offering a special class to honour the ancient practice of the Five Animal Play (Wu Qin Xi). This is a dynamic and joyful exercise system designed by the legendary TCM physician Hua Tuo. Through gentle movements imitating the Tiger, Deer, Bear, Monkey, and Crane, you will harmonize your body, mind, and spirit while awakening the vitality of the natural world within you.
This class is directly following the Dragon Dance that starts at our doorstep at 11am. Enjoy the festivities and then tap into your body and mind with this rejuvenative class!
