Step into a morning designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and spark your creativity.
A grounding vinyasa flow led by Cagla Giray of Su + Soul followed by a relaxed, open-air paint + sip experience led by Marcella Verchio, where creativity becomes an extension of your flow.
With watercolor in hand and fresh florals as your inspiration, you’ll be guided through a simple, expressive painting exercise.
No experience needed. This is not about perfection, but presence.
Flow of the event
- 9.40: Welcome + Check-in
- 10 am - 10.50 am: Grounding Vinyasa Flow
- 10.50 am - 11.15 am: Transition - enjoy refreshments, snacks, and connection
- 11.15 am - 12.15 pm: Paint & Sip experience
