Flow for Her (Yoga)

Join us for Flow for HER, a community yoga class supporting the Rosenberg Women’s Shelter. This one-hour class is an opportunity to move, breathe, and come together for a meaningful cause.
All proceeds will go toward purchasing yoga mats for women at the shelter to support their healing and wellness.

This event is pay-what-you-can. You can support by:

• Making a donation through registration

• Bringing a new or gently used yoga mat to donate

If you can’t attend but would still like to help, donations are still welcome.
