Settle into an evening designed to calm your body, clear your mind, and awaken your creativity.

We’ll begin with gentle moving meditation and breathwork to music: soft, rhythmic practices that invite relaxation and presence.

From there, we’ll flow into an intuitive watercolor practice, letting color spill onto the page as a playful, pressure-free way to express yourself, release what's held, and infuse color with intention.

This practice invites you to explore what creativity feels like in your body, not just on the page.

Along the way, a guiding card will spark inspiration, and soothing herbal tea from Taylor’s regenerative Ozark farm will be offered to ground and restore.
