Hi, I’m Nisha. Professional dancer and yoga teacher. I would love to welcome you to a small, intimate yoga pop-up on March 15th at **Ground to Grow** in Le Marais with only 15 Spots available.

This is a space to exhale.

To move slowly and intentionally.

To reconnect with your body in a way that feels kind and nourishing.

We’ll share a gentle 60 minute slow-flow, followed by a relaxed moment to chat, connect, and enjoy a small goody bag together.

Whether you’re new to Paris, have been here for years, or simply feel called to a softer Sunday, you are so welcome here.
