Certified personal trainer Abbi, with a background in exercise physiology, will guide you in understanding your body’s natural rhythms and hormonal shifts. Discover the power of cycle syncing and learn how to optimize your fitness and wellness routines to work with your body, not against it. Empower yourself with knowledge to glow from within!

Elyse, a holistic fitness coach will guide you through an embodied meditation to ground and center you at the start of the event. She’ll also lead a hormone-supportive movement practice you can easily integrate into your daily life—perfect for grounding before bed or anytime you need to reconnect with your body.

What to expect:

• 5-minute meditation led by Elyse
• 30-minute workshop on cycle syncing and optimizing your hormones for fitness/movement with Abbi
• Time for Q & A
• 15-minute mobility/stretching circuit to help regulate hormones led by Elyse
• Raffle draw
• Tea + Hormone Healthy Snack + time for connection with other women
