Begin your day with an all-levels yin yoga flow led by Matan Itah, certified yoga teacher, martial artist and founder of . Then, head to the kitchen to watch a delicious and healthy brunch demo with Amanda Huang, chef and founder of .
After the brunch demo, mix and mingle with new (and old!) friends while enjoying the food. Leave with new recipes, fresh motivation, and the inspiration to make 2026 your healthiest, happiest year yet!
