A class for newcomers to contact improvisation that will teach them fundamental skills and dance jam know-how. Followed by a dance jam and social.EXPERIENCE THE MAGIC OF CONTACT IMPROVISATION
Dive into a dance where touch, momentum, and connection fuel spontaneous movement. Contact Improvisation is more than just a technique—it’s a playful, interactive experience. Feel the thrill of balancing with a partner, sensing, and moving in sync. It’s about real connection, real people, and presence. Come play, and explore in a consent-based community that celebrates movement and expression through the art of contact improvisation!

Last Tuesday of each month (September to June)
6:15 pm to 7:30 pm - Contact Improvisation Fundamental skills
Beginner class Schedule (6:15 pm to 7:30 pm class):
November 26 - taught by Nancy Christie
December 17 (not the last Tues of the month due to the holiday)

After class stay for the 7:15 pm to 8:45 pm Contact Dance Jam, which follows the class.
You can also watch the jam if you are shy about dancing.
