Meet the Maker: Public Wine Tasting

Join us for an unforgettable evening of Spanish wine exploration with third-generation owner Joan Cusiné from Parés Baltà, a family-run winery in the heart of Penédes, Spain. Discover the heritage behind four exceptional wines, crafted with organic and biodynamic farming practices. Joan will guide you through two styles of Cava, a beautifully aromatic white, and a bold red, each showcasing the artistry and passion of Parés Baltà's commitment to nature and tradition. Secure your ticket now to taste Spain’s finest in a truly unique, intimate setting.

Tickets for this event are $40 in advance and $45 at the door. Each ticket includes a tasting of four wines and accompanying snack bite pairings. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the email below. Doors will open at 6:10pm, and we encourage you to arrive early and enjoy a glass before we begin. Our food, snack, and beverage menu will be available for purchase all night long. The presented bottles will be offered for takeout at a 15% discount for all ticketholders.

If booking for a group of 2+, please book all tickets under the same name. Please arrive early or on-time; reservations will be held for the first 15 minutes of the presentation.

If this is your first time visiting us, welcome! We are The Company We Keep, a café, bakery, and bottle shop on St. Clair West. We offer a selection of coffee, tea, craft beverages, and housemade pies and pastries. Our retail wine and rotating by-the-glass bottles cannot be found in LCBO, and are curated by in-house sommeliers.
