In Honor of Women's History MonthSol Spirit Yoga & Wellness, in collaboration with Montclair Brewery, is excited to invite you to a special donation-based yoga class on March 23rd. All proceeds will benefit the FirstChoice Women’s Resource Center, with locations in Montclair and Jersey City Heights.
Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, this class will offer a mindful flow to stretch, strengthen, and energize your body, all while supporting women’s health and empowerment. After the practice, stick around and enjoy a refreshing pint to kick off your Sunday, feeling hoppy and full of positive energy!
