Flow and Restore, Wednesday, 5:30 pm

Flow and Restore classes - Bring balance to your body through a combined yang and yin practice. Begin with a 30 minute all level sequence designed to stimulate blood flow, increase flexibility, balance and strength. The second half of the class settle into yin and fully supported restorative poses designed to release deeply held tensions from the body and mind in order to “restore” the body to its parasympathetic nervous system’s natural healing functions. Blankets, bolsters and other props are provided to help you find the pose that works best for your particular body.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.
