In this training we will dive deep into what the Vinyasa practice is and its roots. We will break down the Sun Salutations and sequencing for flow style classes. We will discuss the connection between movement and meditation and how to create a moving meditation. Creating cohesive sequences Understanding the pelvis and hips in flow style movement Understanding the anatomy of the movements This training is open to anyone looking to dive deeper into yoga sequencing (not only yoga teachers, but also interested students!). If you are a yoga teacher, this training will count towards a 300-hour Advanced Teacher Training 20 hours contact 10 non contact of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.
