Join Ally for a mellow, feel-good 60 minute Yin Yoga session at Freedom Brew and Shine—where deep stretches meet delicious sips. This class is all about slowing down, breathing deep, and sinking into stillness (with a well-earned pour afterward). This in-person event is the perfect way to de-stress and rejuvenate. No experience necessary, just bring your mat and an open mind. After class, stick around to enjoy some delicious brews and good company.
