What to Expect:

• Vendor Exhibition: Doors & vendors open at 5:30 PM, explore a curated selection of local wellness vendors offering products and services to support your health and well-being. Whether you’re looking for new self-care tools, holistic health options, or wellness resources, our vendors will have something for everyone.
• MFactor Documentary Screening: The evening kicks off at 6:00 PM with a screening of the MFactor Documentary. With 55 million women in the United States currently experiencing menopause, this powerful film explores the hidden impact of menopause on women’s lives. Through evidence-based information, The M Factor: Shredding the Silence on Menopause empowers women to make informed health decisions and aims to remove the stigma surrounding menopause and aging.
• Wellness Experts Panel: At 7:15 PM, hear from a panel of expert women in wellness, specifically focused on supporting women as they journey into perimenopause and beyond. Learn from those who are a little ahead in the journey and gain valuable wisdom on how to live well, nurture your body and mind, and flourish in this exciting second half of life.
