Join Kate for a retreat day of gentle, nourishing, nurturing yoga at lovely Monks Cottage, Eastham, Wirral.
Our theme for the day is "Flourish" - we will be considering how our yoga practice can enable us to thrive, bringing a sense of purpose, wellbeing and fulfilment to our lives.
1000 - 1015 - arrivals and a cuppa
1015 - 1130 - introductions; gentle, mindful movement; breathwork; meditation
1130 - 1150 - breaktime
1150 - 1315 - standing poses; dynamic sequences; thoughts on how to Flourish - please bring a poem to share with the group on what Flourish means to you
1315 - 1415 - lunchbreak - please bring your own lunch
1415 - 1545 - restorative yoga; yoga nidra
1545 - 1600 - waking up ! Eye exercises; stretches; goodbyes
Please bring all your yoga gear, and two pillows, two cushions, two blankets and an eye mask if you have one.
