Beats in Bliss- Awaken and Bloom

Blending the ancient practice of yoga with the blissful beats of electronic music, Beats in Bliss offers a warm environment for all to enjoy yoga regardless of ability or experience. Let the blissful beats guide you into an empowering flow, focus your mind and find freedom in your body through yoga and somatic practices.

We will awaken, energise and cultivate inner strength and capacity to Bloom into Spring, by shaking, releasing stagnant energy, limiting beliefs, anything that feels like it's holding you back, creating anxiety or unsettling in the body and mind. We will then wind down, ground and soothe the nervous system with a blissful sound meditation and optional reiki.

Reiki is a japanese, non invasive healing technique that means universal energy. Grace will act as a channel for the reiki energy, placing her hands gently over energy centres within the body, promoting balance, peacefulness, and tranquility in the body and mind. 

All of the practices will be guided by Grace, eye pillows, bolsters and refreshments will be available!
