The theme of this charity fashion show, Flora and Fauna, reflects the natural beauty and rural character of East Aurora, New York. Flora refers to all plant life in a region, while fauna encompasses all animal life, both forming the essential living components of ecosystems. East Aurora is known for forests and open landscapes, the area provides a meaningful backdrop for a collection inspired by plants, animals, and the environment. The theme also connects with the mission of the Lothlorien Therapeutic Riding Center, which uses the healing power of horses and nature to support individuals with physical, emotional, and developmental challenges. Through celebrating nature in fashion, the event brings the community together while raising funds to help support Lothlorien’s Therapeutic Riding programs.
