Floating Sound Bath

We will begin with an opening circle, that will lead us into guided breathwork to move stagnant energy and open our hearts. Bringing us to the moment of our first breath, before gently entering the pool, where you’ll float and be held in the metaphorical womb of the cosmos, surrendering into a sacred sound meditation that connects you to the divine within.

The evening will close with a grounding integration circle, leaving you feeling lighter, open-hearted, and deeply connected.

Please bring a water bottle, and towel. Swimsuit or change of clothes.
