As the sun sets over Los Angeles, immerse yourself in the calming vibrations of crystal alchemy bowls, Tibetan bowls, meditation, and restorative sound frequencies designed to relax the body, regulate the nervous system, and bring you into a deeply meditative state.

This experience is designed to help you slow down, release stress, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep relaxation through sound and water.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins.
