Ease into your Sunday with a deeply restorative experience at The Blu Infinity Pool: Floating in Frequency 🌊🎶 - This unique sound bath series invites Overnight Guests to drift atop fully supported floating mattresses while being immersed in a serene sound environment led by Amy Gates Hobson, owner of Align Yoga Studio, featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, gongs, and drums! Let yourself be cradled by soundwaves, carried by the gentle rhythm of the lake’s natural water music, and enveloped in a deep-rest soundscape designed to renew the mind, body, and spirit. This midday meditation blends the calming energy of water with healing frequencies, guiding you toward tranquility, relief, and effortless stillness.

Schedule of Events:
- 11:15 AM – Board shuttle to the Blu Infinity Pool
- 11:30 AM – Arrive at the pool and complete the Intention Card provided to you by your Sound Bath Instructor
- 11:45 AM – Begin settling onto your fully floating mattress; Guests will be provided with a blanket, pillow, and an eye mask for additional comfort
- 12:00–12:50 PM – Floating Sound Bath Experience led by Amy Gates Hobson
- 12:50–1:00 PM – Gently transition off the floating mattresses
- 1:15 PM – Return to the Resort
- 2:00 PM – Late Check-Out
After the session, enjoy a complimentary hot cider or tea during the relaxing shuttle ride back to the Resort 🍵

[ Please Note: This is an outdoor event and Guests are asked to arrive warmly and comfortably dressed - warm layers, socks, gloves and beanie encouraged. Blankets are provided, and the natural steam rising from the pool will enhance the soothing, cocoon-like atmosphere. Event subject to weather cancellation. Mattress measures 75" and supports weight of up to 275 lbs. To preserve the meditative environment, this session is limited to Guests 16+]
