🌿 CLASS OVERVIEW:
Spring is here, and for our March Live Well Retreat, we are celebrating the return of the sun and the vibrant energy of the season! On Sunday, March 22nd, guest-favorite Hannah Talbot will lead our Spring Equinox Renewal workshop, beginning with a centering energy-clearing meditation followed by an interactive discussion on Equinox folklore and ancient traditions. Guests will enjoy guided reflection and intention-setting, ultimately planting a small flowerpot to take home as a living symbol of their growth. The journey continues on Monday, March 23rd, with a beginner-friendly breathwork and restorative sound bath session designed to recharge your energy and anchor the intentions you’ve set. This retreat is an invitation to stretch, breathe, and welcome the longer days ahead - leaving you refreshed, inspired, and ready to step into spring.
