Relax and let go while cocooned in a floating silk hammock.I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments to take you through a unique sound journey that will allow you to explore your inner landscape and bring you back to your center.
This is a full body listening experience.
My sound Journey sessions are created to help you connect both mind and body, it can reduce anxiety and stress and take you out of fight or flight to promote a sense of relaxation.
Bringing you back to your centre.
Please wear comfortable warm clothing.
Leave sharp jewellery at home as this can tear the silk hammock.
Do bring a cushion and pillow for extra comfort.
Please arrive 15 minutes before to get settled into your hammock.
The studio is behind the petrol station on Church Road - there is parking all around the studio.
