Relax and let go while cocooned in a floating silk hammock.
I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments to take you through a unique sound journey that will allow you to explore your inner landscape and bring you back to your center.
This is a full body listening experience.
My sound Journey sessions are created to help you connect both mind and body, it can aid your own meditation practice and reduce anxiety and stress. It will also help take you out of fight or flight and promote a sense of relaxation bringing you back to your center.
