For the next 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be.
Resting in the AirCradle™ — a freestanding floating hammock designed to gently cocoon your body in comfort & support — experience a sound journey that begins with the delicate beauty of the Crystal Lyre before unfolding into the deep, expansive resonance of the Gong.
Begin with crystalline stillness.
The Crystal Lyre, also known as the Crystal Harp, features eight quartz tubes that sing with clear, shimmering tones. Their lingering notes invite you to soften your attention, settle into your surroundings & ease into the experience.
Let each tone become a little invitation to pause.
Then, surrender to the Gong.
As the journey moves into the Gong, the soundscape deepens. Soft whispers grow into rich, rolling waves of resonance, surrounding you with sound that can feel spacious, powerful & deeply absorbing.
With your body supported and your eyes closed, give yourself permission to follow the sound wherever it takes your attention.

What to Bring & Know
• Wear comfortable clothing (avoid zips/sharp accessories)
• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early to settle in — no late entry
• If unwell, please rest at home
• Minimum 5 participants to run
Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that may make bending low to enter or exit the AirCradle™ uncomfortable, please let us know as early as possible (at least 4 hours before the session). We will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner) or yoga mat for your comfort.
