Life has a way of letting us know when a chapter is coming to a close. This ceremony is an invitation to pause, reflect, and gently create space for what’s next.After two years of hosting cacao ceremonies together, Roxy and Megan are stepping into new chapters of their lives. This gathering is a chance for you to do the same—whether you’re releasing a habit, a relationship, an old identity, or simply a way of being that no longer feels aligned.
Through ceremonial cacao, soothing sound healing, guided meditation, and deep rest in aerial yoga hammocks, you’ll be supported in letting go with gratitude and moving forward with clarity and trust.
What to Expect:
• Gentle movement to help your body relax and settle
• Ceremonial cacao to support reflection and intention-setting
• Resting in aerial hammocks for a feeling of safety and support
• A guided meditation to honor endings and welcome new beginnings
• A shamanic sound journey using percussion, singing bowls, tuning forks, and chimes
No prior experience with hammocks, cacao, meditation, or energy work is needed—just come as you are.
This will be our final cacao ceremony together at Valkyrie Fitness, and we would be honored to share this meaningful moment of transition, gratitude, and renewal with you.
