Floating Book Club

Velaris, Navarre, Hyperion, Rivendell. Spend your afternoon floating into your favorite books and escape from reality for a few hours at Courtyard Pittsburgh University Center. We'll have gently used books on site if you'd like to find your new favorite or bring your own for some dedicated relaxation.

Floating chairs will be provided and comfortable attire you don't mind getting wet is strongly encouraged. This will take place in the pool, but poolside chairs are also available! The event begins at 3:00pm, but come whenever you like and don't feel obligated to stay the whole time (unless you get lost in the books like we do).

Each ticket includes a bookmark featuring the most loved coffeeshops in Oakland, a complimentary snack, and gently used book to take with you. Guests will also be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card to The University Store on Fifth!
