We combine the two healing modalities of Acupuncture (Chinese Medicine) and Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) in this monthly Friday evening workshop. When you arrive at our profoundly relaxing 90-minute workshop, you will lay in our aerial silks and receive the "Gates of Buddha" acupuncture treatment from our resident acupuncturist, Hannah Jefferson. Once the needles have been placed, Amanda Lane will lead you through Yoga Nidra, a progressive body relaxation. You will be offered a cloth to place over your eyes and a blanket to stay warm and cozy. Expect to leave this workshop feeling calm, grounded, and peaceful.
