FLOAT - Sound healing on water!

Come join us for a unique experience of sound healing on water at Hilton Bournemouth!

Details of the evening:
The evening will commence by gathering in the spa relaxation lounge from 7:00 pm, where you can ease into a relaxed state and prepare the session

At approximately 7:20 pm, our lovely sound healer, Sarah, will introduce the session, sharing insights into the benefits of sound healing and guidance on how to fully immerse yourself in the experience. You will then be invited to the pool area, where you will be gently supported onto beds.

Once settled, you will begin a serene 60–75 minute sound healing journey, drifting peacefully as soothing vibrations promote deep relaxation and inner balance. Sarah will play a mixture of her sound healing instruments, including crystal bowls and the gong, as well as other complimentary sounds.

At around 8:45 pm, we will gently guide you back to the relaxation lounge. Here, you will be offered a soothing herbal tea and a thoughtfully curated goodie bag. The evening will conclude at approximately 9:15 pm, leaving you feeling calm, restored, and ready for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Contra-indications: If you have any of the following, unfortunately this event is not suitable as the gong may trigger an unwanted response.
Severe tinnitus, Pacemaker, Pregnant, Severe mental health, Schizophrenia, Drug addiction, Epilepsy

What to Wear: While we aim to keep the experience as dry as possible, there is a chance you may come into contact with the water or wish to take a dip at the end. We therefore recommend wearing comfortable, lightweight clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. The poolside air temperature is maintained at approximately 30°C, so light attire is best.

You’re welcome to wear swimwear, or shorts with a light top. We also suggest bringing flip-flops or suitable poolside footwear for walking between the relaxation room and the pool area. Our team will assist you when getting on and off the floating bed, and towels will be provided for your comfort.

If you tend to feel cold or enjoy extra cosiness, you’re welcome to bring socks, your own blanket, a small pillow, or even an eye mask to enhance your relaxation experience.
