Join Class of 2023 Flip Flop thru-hiker, ATC ridgerunner, and Flip Flop Kickoff volunteer Leanna "All Good" Keegan as she discusses how to complete a safe and enjoyable Flip-Flop thru-hike on the Appalachian Trail.

All Good hails from Pennsylvania and completed a flip-flop thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail that started in 2022 and extended into 2023. Her A.T. thru-hike included 194 days on the Trail between April 25, 2022 (PA Rt. 183) and April 19, 2023 (Springer Mountain). At this point she has over 3,880 miles of backpacking experience under her feet, and she is looking forward to the anticipated miles ahead!
