In this workshop we will explore the extraordinary articulacy of the feet, allowing you to feel more clearly connected to the earth and leaving you with a spring in your step! The Feldenkrais Method can bring about lasting changes in the way you breathe, move, think and perceive yourself. Suitable for all abilities, but you must be able to get down and up from the floor.
