Join us for Flex & Float, a midweek reset designed to help you move, connect, and unwind poolside at Omni Las Colinas.
We’re bringing you a 45-minute all-levels workout followed by a sunset poolside social with vendors, giveaways, and summer vibes.
Come for the workout. Stay for the float.

⏰ Class Time: 7:00 PM
🕜 Check-In Opens: 6:30 PM
🚗 Parking: $10 self park in garage or nearby street parking
👟 What to Wear: Athletic clothes and tennis shoes
👙 Optional: Bring a swimsuit for the pool
🧘 What to Bring: Yoga mat, water, and sunscreen (limited rentals available on-site)
