Westin Wellness Day | Summer Session

Join us for the return of Westin Wellness Day — a curated summer wellness experience at the Vibe Pool Deck at The Westin Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas.

Spend the afternoon moving, relaxing, and recharging with a lineup of poolside wellness experiences designed to help you reset in the middle of summer.

This month’s event will feature a rotating schedule of:
• Poolside Pilates
• Sound Bath Experiences
• Cold Plunge Activations
• Aqua Mahj
• Water Aerobics
• Additional wellness experiences to be announced

Between sessions, guests are invited to lounge poolside, enjoy the atmosphere, and soak up the day with full access to the Vibe Pool Deck included with every pass.
