About this Event
Your Fleet Feet coaches will help you with all you need to meet your race goal, whether it’s your first half marathon or you’re looking to set a new PR. Our training program will peak with the Jersey City Half Marathon on April 19th.
Our training approach has been time-tested and honed over the years. We’ve got an ideal mix of endurance building, speed runs, hill workouts, cross training, and long runs. Come train with us!

The training program includes:
- A 10-week training plan (the fun begins on February 9th!)
- Access to RRCA certified running coaches via in-person, phone, email, WhatsApp
- Guided speed and hill workouts on Tuesday evenings
- Group runs on Wednesday evenings (concurrent with Fleet Feet’s Wednesday Fun Runs)
- Guided long runs on Saturday mornings with multiple pace groups
- Discount code for the Jersey City Half Marathon race registration
- In partnership with several local businesses you'll get these added perks:
- Urban Souls Yoga: Cool down yoga at Fleet Feet following select Tuesday workouts and select Sunday classes at the Urban Souls studio

NOTE:
- All paces are welcome; participants should be comfortable running 6 miles at the start of the program
- The training program cost does not include acceptance to the race nor the race registration fee
- If you are running another fall half marathon your coaches can work with you to modify the training schedule to accommodate your race (e.g., NYCRUNS Brooklyn Experience Half on April 26)
