For our third feature we present Flee, a documentary by Danish filmmaker Jonus Poher Rasmussen. Flee explores the life of Amin Nawabi, a gay refugee from Afghanistan who finds freedom, acceptance, and love in Denmark after a harrowing journey across the world. Director Rasmussen brings Amin’s past and present to life through vivid animation, and writer/musician Riz Ahmed and Game of Thrones star Nikolaj Coster-Waldau lend their voices to this Annie Award winning documentary.
