In this class, we’re focusing on how flavor plays with flavor when put against things like temperature and texture. Playing with how our brains perceive sour and sweet when put up against a boatload of salt. We’ll conquer the mocktail without losing out on fun and character. Perfect for: the sober curious, cheese-lovers under the age of 21, anyone trying to tell a more legit story in the kitchen.
