Meeting Point: Flash Village Hall, Brown Lane, Flash. SK17 0SW (Grid ref: SK 02798 67330).7.6 miles moderate walk at a leisurely pace with 1,124 ft of ascent.
From Flash, the highest village in Britain, we take in Gamballs Green, Axe Edge End and then continue towards Cheeks Hill but later dropping down to Three Shires Head and the famous packhorse bridge. Good views throughout but saving the best to last at Wolf Edge whence we return to Flash.
Market Drayton Ramblers meet to car share at Market Drayton Community Amateur Sports Club, Betton Road, TF9 1HH, at 09:00, although they are happy for other people to meet at the start of the walk.
