Over a year ago, we brightened up a dreary early spring with a brand-new idea: Flamingo & Mint, a one-week tiki pop-up designed to shake off the chill and bring a little tropical escape to Waterville. Now, as we look ahead to a beautiful Maine summer, we’re bringing the pop-up back — this time for patio-worthy weather.
From June 22–28, join us during nightly dinner service for island-inspired flavors, beach-worthy cocktails, tropical decor, and a laid-back soundtrack fit for a day by the water.
So grab your friends, bring the family, and get ready for Hawaiian shirts, sunny vibes, and a mini getaway right here on Main Street. We can’t wait to welcome you! 🌺🍍🏝️
