🎉 Join us on a mission to unite our BIPOC communities through a culturally sound health and wellness event! 🎉
Flag Day for Health and Wellness aims to engage everyone across the diaspora on what it means to live a healthy lifestyle within their own culture and community.
✨ Our vision is to see all attendees embrace their culture by wearing the colors of their heritage and bringing flags that represent their roots and culture. Experience a day of instructed group exercises, fitness consultation, cultural awareness, healthy lifestyle education, and delicious, healthy food choices, among other wellness resources.
And the best part? This is a FREE event for the community!!!
