Enjoy an afternoon of live music featuring the Howling Prairie Dogs, the Vancouver Symphony Brass Quintet, and Navy Band Northwest, poetry readings from Christopher Luna, an educational display of the American flags that have flown over the Vancouver Barracks, living history character meet-and-greets, and a flag-related make-and-take craft activity. Food trucks will be available for tasty bites!
