Join the Florida Association of Latino Administrators and Superintendents (FL-ALAS) for our Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Networking Event, a FREE evening designed to bring educational leaders and community partners together through meaningful connection, conversation, and celebration.

As we honor Hispanic Heritage Month, guests will have an opportunity to strengthen professional relationships, expand their networks, and celebrate the leadership, culture, and contributions of Florida’s Hispanic/Latino educational community.

This special gathering will take place at Havana Restaurant in West Palm Beach, voted Best Local Cuban Restaurant in the 2026 WFLX FOX 29 Viewers' Choice Awards.

This event is open to all school district employees, school board members, university and college professionals, nonprofit leaders and staff, educational administrators, aspiring leaders, and invited community partners who support education and Hispanic/Latino leadership, regardless of FL-ALAS membership status.

Current dues-paying FL-ALAS members will receive two complimentary drink tickets as a member benefit.
