FIVE YEARS, FANTABULOUSLY FIRANGI

Firangi Superstar celebrates its fifth anniversary with Five Years, Fantabulously Firangi, a two-night-only four-hands collaboration with Chef Thav Phouthavong of one-Michelin-starred 80/20 Bangkok. Taking place on 16 and 17 September 2026, the collaboration brings together Firangi Superstar’s bold and playful approach to modern Indian cuisine with 80/20’s innovative, farm-forward Thai cooking, resulting in a menu where Thai and Indian influences collide, complement and flirt with one another.

Highlights include:

• A four-course sharing menu featuring inventive dishes such as Khao Soi with Young Jackfruit and Mini Bhatura, Nam Jim Kingfish Ceviche, Australian Wagyu Striploin with Burmese-inspired curry, Chilean Seabass with Malabar Gravy, and Ras Malai with Sankaya and Coconut Sorbet.
• A special anniversary bar programme featuring five crowd-favourite Firangi Superstar cocktails from across the years, alongside two exclusive cocktails created by 80/20 for the collaboration.
