One Night Only: A Taste of The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies at Fortuna
For one night only, Fortuna is bringing top pizza masters in from Sydney to serve up The Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, an exclusive six-course menu celebrating the culinary heritage of Southern Italy.
Highlights include La Corona Dorata, a double-fried Montanara, and four pizzas served by the slice, including Il Borbone (stracciatella, Trapanese pesto, anchovies) and Sua Maestà, a bold pairing of roasted eggplant purée with raw veal tartare.
Taking place on 16 September, with just two intimate seatings at 6pm and 8pm, the experience traces the flavours of the former kingdom spanning Sicily and Southern Italy, celebrating the ingredients and traditions that have shaped the region’s cuisine. Priced at $79++ per person, with an optional 1.45-hour free-flow of Prosecco, wine and beer at $45++.
