Fitnutz H2O Deep Water Aqua Session

Friday 6PM Deep Water Aqua is a fun, high intensity, low impact workout designed to challenge your entire body while being gentle on the joints. This interval/HIIT style class combines cardio, core conditioning, balance and strength training in deep water for an energising full body workout. Each session includes a proper warm up and cool down, with props used at the instructor’s discretion to keep classes varied, challenging and fun. Perfect for all fitness levels looking to improve fitness, endurance and strength in a supportive and refreshing environment.
