Embark on a journey to wellness with the Fitness Series at Town at Trilith, where two partners, SŌZŌ Yoga and Piedmont Wellness Center, join forces to offer a free monthly fitness opportunity from April to October. Offered from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the first and third Saturday of each month, this series invites participants to engage in invigorating workouts amidst the vibrant atmosphere of Trilith.
First Saturday of the Month hosted by SŌZŌ Yoga
Indulge in the serene practice of yoga, a mindful journey that harmonizes movement, breath, and meditation to enhance physical and mental well-being. Led by experienced instructors, participants will flow through a sequence of postures, emphasizing alignment and breath awareness. The session concludes with relaxation, leaving attendees feeling rejuvenated and balanced.
