Class Description
Mat Pilates
Turn up the heat and elevate your practice with Mat Pilates. This low-impact, high-intensity workout strengthens your core, improves flexibility, and builds long, lean muscles while moving with intention and control in a heated, energizing environment.
Throughout class, we’ll utilize props such as a Pilates ball, yoga block, resistance bands or light weights to enhance resistance, deepen engagement, or support proper alignment. Expect a dynamic flow of controlled movements that challenge stability, balance, and endurance while remaining accessible to all levels.
Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and leave feeling, grounded, and recharged.
