Nicole from Absolute Wellness will guide you through an hour-long, full-body workout (cardio, core, upper and lower body), or an hour of active stretching with balance exercises. This class is for all abilities. Remember to bring a towel or yoga mat, and a water bottle.We will meet in the Shattuck Community Room.
Free, open to the public, and no registration necessary.
