Start the New Year feeling motivated, energised and ready to move at our Fitness Fiesta at Worthing Leisure Centre.
This lively morning is all about trying something new in a relaxed and welcoming environment. Whether you are taking your first steps into fitness or looking to shake up your routine, Fitness Fiesta gives you the chance to sample a wide range of group exercise sessions led by our expert instructors.
Expect a fun, upbeat atmosphere with plenty of variety. Sessions are designed for different abilities, so you can move at your own pace and simply enjoy the experience.
You will be able to take part in energising and mindful classes including Les Mills BODYPUMP Heavy, Keiser indoor cycling, Qigong, meditation and much more. It is a great way to explore different styles of exercise and find what works for you.
The event is completely free and open to everyone, so bring a friend, try something new and enjoy a morning focused on feeling good.
