Join us for an exciting in -person event where we softly introduce FIT4MOM to the community! Mothers of ALL STAGES, this is the perfect opportunity for you to get a sneak peek at what FIT4MOM has to offer.

We will host a Stroller Strides class, a 60 minute total body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow, so bring those babies in their strollers! No, a jogging stroller is required. A regular stroller will do.
